1916 Utah License Plate Rare Original Paint 2Nd IssueVery rare 2nd state issue in utah. Difficult to find in original yellow on brown paint. Was on a 1916 reo touring licensed to w. A. Needham of salt lake city.
Plate is perfectly straight. One extra drilled ohle under the #3.
Plate has four strange adn tiny rust-through spots. I say strange because plate is incredibly solid except for thoes localized spots. Largest of these 1/16th inch hole between the #1 and #4. Other teeny spots (hardly visible) are on the #3, above the #3, and near the top of the #1. How does a lpate rust like that? Buyer to pay actual u. S. Mail priority shippign cost.
